Fear can keep us up

Fear can keep us up all night long, but faith makes one fine pillow. ~unknown....Had a deep and insightful discussion with someone dear to me about how we sometimes carry old fears into new circumstances and mess things up for ourselves. I'm going to double up on faith instead, and drive fear out! How about you?
